Order of the Stick is an excellent comic, based on pen and paper RPGs but thoroughly enjoyable for those of us who don't really know much about that sort of thing as well.

I second this! Great comic, and if you have some knowledge of Dungeons & Dragons 3.x (and possibly AD&D) it's even better.

Keychain of Creation

Similar to OotS as in it is about an RPG, but alot less wall breaking.

I rarely post about stuff like this but I'm making an exception for this awesome online comic: If you want to help Rich Burlew fund the reprinting of Order of the Stick books that have sold out, or if you just want to pick up some cool OotS stuff, you should consider signing up for this:

Image

Everyone who pledges $10 or more gets a really sweet fridge magnet and 4 brand new OotS stories in pdf format, there are also signed copies of his books etc. up for grabs and he keeps adding new rewards to chose from. The money you pledge isn't removed from your account until the reprint drive ends so as long as you can afford it by February 21st you can still sign up even if you're broke at the moment.

You'll need an Amazon account and a valid credit card and you'll have to sign up for a kickstarter account if you don't have one already.
